What FarmerQ collects
We collect the account details you provide and the farm records you choose to add, including crop photos, diary entries, expenses, harvests, worker details and treatment records.
How information is used
We use this information to provide FarmerQ features, save your records, calculate farm summaries and return AI-assisted crop guidance. Photos and prompts submitted to AI features are processed to provide the answer you requested.
Who can see your records
Your farm records are not public. Access is limited to your account and people you deliberately invite to your farm, subject to the access level you give them.
Your choices
You can edit, archive, export and delete supported records inside FarmerQ. Deleted records may remain recoverable in your trash until they are permanently removed.
Important note
FarmerQ uses reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Keep your sign-in details private and only invite people you trust.
